Heroes are well enough to realize all the risks of criminal craft, so they diligently save the proceeds, so that one day to quit selling drugs and go to live in peace in Florida.
Striving for their dream, the friends are used to saving every cent, and a trip to the carnival is no exception. So, in order to save money, the men set off from Los Angeles to New Orleans on their own bikes, but soon realize: not all people like strangers on their territories.
During the filming of the movie, actor Dennis Hopper, as well as his character (a man playing a biker named Billy), was addicted to drugs.

Based on the example of a biker gang called the “Hells Angels”, the movie tells about the cruelty of the biker society. The company of uneducated people in search of imaginary freedom travels around the country, causing riots wherever they appear. However, in the Californian desert the outlaws encounter serious resistance from the Mexicans living there.
The massacre is prevented by the police, but one of the bikers is seriously wounded. To save the biker from death, the cops take him to the hospital. But his brothers on the road do not allow the idea that the man gave his soul to God in the hospital. Therefore, they decide to steal a comrade, so that he died in their circle.
After the screening of this movie, the Hell’s Angels motorcycle club, which exists in reality, sued the director of the movie. The bikers demanded 5 million dollars from Roger Corman for the spoiled image of their community.

The Black Rebels, a team of bikers, travel around the country and cause riots in every city they appear in. That’s why, when the bikers accidentally get to a legal motorcycle competition, they decide without a second thought to take part in it.
The rebels who showed up uninvited are quickly removed from the race track, but the men are not upset. Having stolen one of the prize cups, the heroes continue their journey and soon find themselves in the town of Wrightsville. There they behave as usual: noisily resting in bars, bullying the girls they like and scaring the common people. However, when another biker gang comes to town, the kings of the road become crowded, which means that confrontation is inevitable.
The script of the movie is based on real events that took place in 1947 in the city of Hollister. During a motorcycle competition held there, several groups of bikers did not find a common language and caused serious disturbances with their squabbles.

However, the heroes quickly realize that in life you can meet a lot of adventures and without a bike. But to deal with the consequences of the riots, not being able to just leave, will be very difficult.
The movie was shot by two directors: Kathryn Bigelow and Monty Montgomery. For each of them, the movie was their first full-length work.

Over time, the hero managed to achieve his goal and he became a real leader of the criminal gang.
Together with his friends, the guy creates mayhem in his small town and distributes drugs. But everything changes when “Motorcyclist”, who left his native land long ago, returns to the town. Despite the fact that James follows his own path, his brother does not approve of the hero’s behavior. After all, in his journey the man has long ago realized: the criminal world does not give freedom at all, but takes it away.
The movie was based on a short story by American writer S.E. Hinton. For this movie work, the woman became a screenwriter and actress of a cameo role – the writer played a prostitute.

The movie clearly shows that everyone can be a biker: not only violent criminals, but also cops obsessed with their work. Nick is one of such motorcycle cops. On his bike, the man chases and successfully catches bandits. However, one day the hero and his partner Charlie have to face a really cunning and dangerous opponent.
Japanese Sato – a member of the group “Yakuza” and a brutal killer, which the heroes are instructed to deliver to his homeland, so that there he was convicted for all the crimes committed. But at the airport Sato manages to do the impossible: to escape right from under the noses of his partners. However, the heroes are not going to let everything go to waste, so they quickly rush after the fugitive in pursuit.
The role of the criminal Sato was offered to the famous actor Jackie Chan, but the man turned it down. The reason was the actor’s unwillingness to play a negative character.

The world has been hit by a man-made disaster, everyone survives as best they can, but the police are still functioning, trying to lay siege to rampant criminals. An officer named Max is one of such guardians of the law. Except that another clash with a criminal, nicknamed “Night Rider”, ends in serious trouble for the hero.
The thing is that during the fight the bandit dies, and a gang of his motorcycle friends decides to take revenge on the policeman for the death of his comrade. Thugs kill Max’s friend, son and seriously wound his wife. But the bikers do not even suspect that with their actions they turn the hero into a real monster, whose name is Mad Max.
The budget of the movie was small, but the creators did their best to make the filmed work look decent: some scenes were shot without permission of the authorities and filled with forbidden stunts because of their danger, and as separate scenery and even acted as personal belongings of the crew.
