The Black Rebels, a team of bikers, travel around the country and cause riots in every city they appear in. That’s why, when the bikers accidentally get to a legal motorcycle competition, they decide without a second thought to take part in it.

The rebels who showed up uninvited are quickly removed from the race track, but the men are not upset. Having stolen one of the prize cups, the heroes continue their journey and soon find themselves in the town of Wrightsville. There they behave as usual: noisily resting in bars, bullying the girls they like and scaring the common people. However, when another biker gang comes to town, the kings of the road become crowded, which means that confrontation is inevitable.

The script of the movie is based on real events that took place in 1947 in the city of Hollister. During a motorcycle competition held there, several groups of bikers did not find a common language and caused serious disturbances with their squabbles.
